February 11th: Writing Compelling Abstracts

Plenty of great presentations never find their audience because of poorly written abstracts. Join us for this workshop in which we discuss exactly what makes a great abstract! We’ll have expert advice from Professor Anthony Paré, and opportunities to pair up and get feedback on your abstract prior to submission!

April 15th:  Conference Presentations

Presentation skills are killer skills. In this workshop, we’ll talk with three experienced presenters from LLED’s faculty (Dr. Anthony Paré, Dr. George Belliveau & Dr. Victoria Surtees) about what makes for an engaging academic presentation. There will be time for some practice and plenty of opportunities to share peer feedback.
