Shuffle backward (gym length) Arm Swings(10 each direction/each arm) 10 Jump and swings 10 burpees 1 minuet: Throw and catch tennis ball with partner. Taking one step back every time you catch the ball. 1 minuet: Try to move your partner forward and backwards by throwing the tennis ball short and far. 3 stretches of your choice. |
