Scheduled Academic Advising Appointments
To schedule a virtual advising appointment, please use the link below to open the online booking form. All advising appointments will be held online using Zoom.

Need quick help or have an urgent question? Connect with the OSAS Virtual Office, an online Zoom space where students can get support from our team.
Please note you now need to log in with your CWL to join.
Ensure your Zoom ID matches your name as it appears on Workday Student. Do NOT include your student number.
If you have a scheduled advising appointment, wait for the Academic Advisor to move you to a private breakout room (“office”).
AI tools that record, transcribe, or take notes are NOT permitted during advising sessions.
