Scheduled Academic Advising Appointments
To schedule an advising appointment, please use the links below to select either a virtual or in-person appointment.
Virtual Office
Need quick help or have an urgent question? Connect with the OSAS Virtual Office, an online Zoom space where students can get support from our team.
Please note you now need to log in with your CWL to join.
Ensure your Zoom ID matches your name as it appears on Workday Student. Do NOT include your student number.
If you have a scheduled advising appointment, wait for the Academic Advisor to move you to a private breakout room (“office”).
AI tools that record, transcribe, or take notes are NOT permitted during advising sessions.
If you do not have a CWL, contact us in person at HA 165, by phone at 604.822.8333, or by email at askdap@sauder.ubc.ca.
