Official transcript

Order through UBC Enrolment Services.

Unofficial transcript

Two options are available:

Option 1: Create from an official transcript (recommended)

1. Order an official transcript as outlined above.
2. Upon receipt of your official transcript, photocopy your transcript to create a hard-copy unofficial transcript, or scan your transcript to create an electronic unofficial transcript. Official transcripts are printed with security features; regardless of whether you photocopy or scan your official transcript, the unofficial transcript produced will most likely have some markings to indicate that the transcript is a copy.

Option 2: Print your Grades Summary through the Student Service Center (SSC)

1. Log into SSC.
2. Select “Your Grades Summary” from the home page to obtain a list of grades for all courses you have completed at UBC.
3. Save a copy of Your Grades Summary as a PDF or print off a hard copy.
