Hello! We are a group of 15 students participating in a Student-Directed Seminar, SOCI 433A in September-December 2014. We have been writing blog posts this term on the subject of identity. Questions like "what is my role in society?" and "what is a community?" and "I know who I am, but how did I come to be me?" are what drive our curiosities.

We invite you to read our reflections and observations at UBC events as we think about these ideas from a Sociological perspective.
