This infographic shows an increase in the number of Canadian children and youth using health services for mental disorders

That increase might mean that more Canadians are more comfortable talking about mental health, as we can see in this other infographic that shows that almost half (45%) of Canadians say that they are more open to talk about the issue compared with two years ago.

Although statistics are now always certain and they are not applicable to every single individual, these results are encouraging! Let’s keep normalizing mental health!
