I am writing to inform you that I have posted my Formal Report Proposal on my team forum as directed in Assignment 2.1. It exhibits my intention to investigate the feasibility of a waste reduction program at UBC’s International Food Court. My proposal includes the following:
- an introduction to waste management throughout Metro Vancouver and UBC
- an explanation of current practices contributing to landfill waste at the International Food Court
- my methods for gathering data and the scope of my investigation
- a proposed solution to limit the amount of waste produced and
- my qualifications for pursuing this topic
