I have posted my formal report proposal on the team forum under my team, “Team 4 Term” following the requirements outlined in unit 2:1. I have also attached the word doc file of the proposal with this email for your reference. I have chosen Springdale Family Dental Office located in Brampton, Ontario to do my report on.
The following points briefly summarize my formal report proposal:
- The location of study and details of intended readers/audience.
- Introduction of the practice/office and its mission of disease prevention
- Statement of problem directing to the concern of increased incidence of caries/cavities in adolescent clients.
- Proposed solution to implement pit and fissure sealants as a preventive measure.
- Investigation leading to inquiries of risk factors and methods to propose the study.
- My qualifications rendering me knowledge to do the study.
- A conclusion emphasizing the urgency to do the required research.
With your approval, I will be starting my research to gain a conclusive solution to address the concern mentioned in my report. I hope to hear from you soon.
