Let me tell you; ES Okanagan is shipity shape and on the ball. Literally on the ball that is!!

What’s that you say? Well the staff in UNC 322 get together a couple of times a day to do ES office boot camp (planks, push-ups, lunges, squats and crunches), so we can all look like Arnie one day.

Oh, you say you are beyond busy and can’t afford the time like the slackers in UNC 322? Well, we recommend that you just try a 5 minute workout. Actually, we challenge you to a five minute workout. We guarantee it will make you happier and easier to work with; it will prevent cankles at the end of the day and reduce stress so you don’t hurl your computer out the window. No excuses!!!
