Shepelle, our UBC Emergency & Family Assistance Plan (EFAP) provider has launched a Mental Health microsite to provide education and resources about mental health.
All UBC staff have access to Shepelle’s services, but require an account. More information about accessing Shepelle’s services can be found on the HR EFAP website.
