If you read Manpreet’s post about Accessibility on the UBC Vancouver campus, you’ll know that there are many ways that navigating campus could be made easier for people with conditions that impact their mobility. Fortunately, some progress has been made recently with the introduction of the Accessibility Shuttle service on the Vancouver campus.

The shuttle, which launched in early May, is a free, shared ride service available only by reservation. The shuttle provides accessible transportation from designated stops to and from the central pedestrian areas of campus.

The map above shows the Accessibility Shuttle service area and available stops.

For more information about the shuttle, who is eligible to use the service, and how to book a ride, visit the Accessibility Shuttle website.
