As you may recall from our summer WES event, we are introducing a new Performance Development Approach to Enrolment Services in support of our identified priorities!
This new approach will move us away from the more traditional model of once-per-annum performance reviews to a more future-focused model of regular coaching conversations and two-way feedback.
Over the next two months, Annie and I will be visiting each unit to share more with you about this new approach and how you will be able to engage with it! We also will be sharing more information throughout the next couple months and the rest of the year to support you in this, including a new, comprehensive website which will feature additional resources and even demo videos!
