Fall group fitness – Free classes Sept 8-12

Colin & ScorchIf you are interested in any of these activities, be aware that our Campus Recreation department is offering a free week of classes in the Hangar from September 8th to 12th. This term they’ve scheduled more morning, afternoon and evening workout sessions than ever before, check out the fall 2014 fitness schedule for details.

Campus community fitness loop

The cost to sign up for a term is $100 staff/faculty/alumni, $80 students and $120 community members. Additional benefits include; access to the Hangar Fitness Centre, fitness classes (to reserve a spot), intramurals & rec leagues, UBC’s Okanagan campus Gym and Recreation sponsored events ie. Big White trips.
