Share Your Experience: Take the UBC Workplace Experiences Survey on Nov. 1st
What’s your experience of working at UBC? From November 1 to 21, you’ll have the opportunity to share your anonymous, confidential feedback in the 2017 Workplace Experiences Survey. The survey includes questions related to health & wellbeing, job satisfaction, work environment, and more – with tailored versions for faculty and staff to ensure the questions are relevant and meaningful.
How you can participate
- On November 1st, look for a UBC Broadcast Email with a link to the survey, hosted by our survey consultant TalentMap. Or, find the survey link at ubc.ca/wes.
- The online survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, either by computer or mobile device.
- Your responses are confidential and anonymous.
To protect anonymity, our survey consultant TalentMap will share aggregated overall results with UBC and will produce unit-level reports for individual units only if 10 or more respondents participated. The survey findings will help shape priorities and initiatives in your workplace, so make sure your voice is heard – take the survey!
