The Counselling Psychology Student Association (CPSA) is hosting its next event. Holly Yager (she/her), RCC, will be presenting on reproductive health and fertility counselling with a focus on fertility, diversity and family building, and grief and loss. Join us on Thursday, February 17th 2022, 12:00-1:00 PM.
About Holly Yager:
Holly Yager (she/her) is a clinical counsellor/therapist with a focus on reproductive and sexual health. Holly has over 15 years experience assisting clients with challenges related to fertility/infertility, perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, and pelvic/sexual pain. In particular, Holly specializes in counselling related to family-building using assisted reproductive technology. Holly has a master’s degree in counselling psychology from UBC, and is both a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the CCPA. She sits on various committees related to fertility, and is a member of the ASRM and the CFAS. Working in private practice at Reproductive Health & Fertility Counselling, as well as at BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre, Holly provides therapy, facilitates workshops, provides professional consultation, and has co-authored a variety of publications. She is currently working virtually, sharing her time between Kelowna (Syilx/Okanagan First Nation) and Vancouver (Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations) in beautiful British Columbia.
