Science Week at Lorn Nelson Elementary (URGENT)
Science Week at Lord Nelson Elementary means hands-on science workshops, fun booths, science fairs, and more! Be a part of this awesome experience and help inspire tomorrow’s scientists. We are looking for volunteers that are interested in volunteer for at least one of the 4 available workshops and/or running a booth during the Science Fair. Volunteers will get the opportunity to run hands-on science experiments with students in grades 5-7.
Who: Grades 5-7
When: One or both shifts
Feb 13th at 10-11am (workshop)
Feb 15th at 10-11am (workshop)
Where: Lord Nelson Elementary (2235 Kitchener St, Vancouver, BC V5L 2W9)
Workshops: Feb 13th – Acids and Bases; Feb 14th – Rube Goldberg Devices
