I am hiring a GAA/UAA for a 20-hour project starting mid-August and running until about mid-September (4-5 hours a week).

It is for FNH 415 (Business Concepts in Food Nutrition & Health)

I need someone who can help with:

1. Designing PowerPoint slides (content provided by instructor)
2. Cutting pre-recorded lectures into shorter elements / editing via Camtasia
3. Setup and testing of various features of Collaborate Ultra
4. Setting up quizzes and assessments in Canvas

Reminders for timely award payment

Standard

As the 2020 Winter session is now approaching, please be reminded (award holders) your responsibilities to ensure timely payment of their award funding in September:

  • Registration: Please register for the 2020W session. Funding will not be assigned to students who do not have course registration.  Award holders (including tuition award recipients) are required to maintain registration for the duration of their award funding period.
  • Direct deposit: Students who are expecting to receive award funding in September must sign up for direct deposit in SSC.  Funding will not be assigned to students who do not have direct deposit set up in SSC.
  • Award Holder’s Guide: Please be reminded that changes to your registration (such as program completion and leave of absence) will affect your award payment. For further information, please visit the Award Holder’s Guide.

Please note that for continuing awards, the Winter term award payments are typically assigned to student accounts in mid-August.

Here, I extend an invitation to a LINA Webinar this Wednesday, July 15th 2020, 10:00-11:30 am PDT (Vancouver) / 6:00-7:30 pm WAT (Brazzaville) / 7:00-8:30 pm CAT (Gaborone, Durban, Kigali).
 
This webinar series highlights African responses to COVID-19 across different sectors. In this session, we aim to highlight the resilience of Africa’s health care systems and ways in which other pandemics have prepared many African nations for effective management of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will hear from high-level leaders from various nations and regions in the continent to learn about the current state of health status and health care systems in Africa. Finally, we will explore new and emerging lessons and opportunities for the future.
