Nov. 2: Join the SFU and Forward Food Summit – Deepening Local Roots in Food Service (Plant-Based Edition)

On November 2, world-class speakers from multidisciplinary backgrounds will be sharing their knowledge and expertise around the benefits of plant-based foods. This event is presented by SFU Roots and Humane Society International/Canada.
Networking for Food Service Professionals
With 24 chefs participating in the training, and 150+ attendees attending the summit, food service professionals will be able to network with leaders in the industry and learn from each other.
Tradeshow
At the November 2 Summit tradeshow, 12 industry innovators will showcase and sample their plant-based products. Food service professionals can network with these experts and learn about products trending in the industry.
