The online graduation application for Spring 2024 has just opened for eligible students. They have until Friday, April 19, 2024 to submit their application through the SSC.  They can find the link to the application under the Graduation tab, after they’ve logged in.

Below are a few dates to note and to add into your calendars:

Application period: December 15, 2023 – April 19, 2024

Program Completion Deadline: April 19, 2024

Senate meeting:  Wednesday, May 15, 2024

Ceremony dates:  May 22-24, 27-30

Students will be assigned to their ceremonies in March, based on their degree and primary specialization (if applicable).  The schedule for the ceremonies is not available, at this time, but will be posted as soon as its been finalized.  Please visit the Graduation at UBC website for updates.
