This year’s conference will feature a keynote presentation from Dr. Tamara Vanderwal (Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry) “Musings from the magnet and the couch: A psychiatric neuroscience perspective on interdisciplinary challenges”.

From health and education to social justice and beyond, our conference highlights actionable strategies and collaborative efforts aimed at making a real difference in communities worldwide. Call for Posters: Deadline Extended to April 17

Showcase your research in a conference! We’re still accepting poster mockup submissions from all disciplines. We accept work or research that is in-progress or completed. Works that have already been presented are more than welcome, as well.

Please submit your poster mockups to crouse91@student.ubc.ca.

Poster Guidelines:

  • Minimum size of 50cm x 40cm; maximum size of 1m x 80cm (landscape or horizontal).
  • Should include title, thesis, analysis, methods, conclusion.
  • Presenting authors are requested to attend in order to discuss their work with attendees.
