Research students: Please register for the Thesis and Seminar (if applicable) courses (both terms) ASAP and keep continuous registration throughout your program. If you have doubts, or problems registering, do not hesitate to contact our office (lfs.gradapp@ubc.ca ). 

Awards nominations:

We are in the process of submitting awards nominations to the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (G&PS). If you are being nominated for an award and you aren’t registered for the 2024W session, G&PS will not be able to process your award nomination.  Please make sure you are registered in your thesis course (research-based students).
