SSHRC Talent Award – 2017 Competition

The Talent Award, valued at $50,000, recognizes outstanding achievement by a current SSHRC doctoral or postdoctoral fellowship or scholarship holder. The Talent Award is given to an individual who maintains academic excellence, has a talent for research and knowledge mobilization and has demonstrated clear potential to be a future leader within and/or outside the academic sector.

Eligibility: A nominee must be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada at the time of nomination and must hold a SSHRC doctoral or postdoctoral fellowship or scholarship on April 30, 2017

Nomination Deadline: Complete nomination packages must be received by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (G+PS) by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 24 February 2017
