Orientation and related welcome events for new graduate students start this Thursday.  An interactive, online event program including International Welcome, Graduate and Postdoctoral Welcome, Graduate Student Society Welcome events and September workshops and events will be posted by Wednesday.  For a complete schedule, please visit: http://orientation.grad.ubc.ca/events/.  Note,  only some GSS events require registration. 

Service Canada will be onsite at UBC starting today.  New-to-Canada graduate students can book appointments to get their Social Insurance Numbers.  Full details at:
