Please be reminded that if are hoping to have your degree granted in May 2019, with the option to attend the May 20119 congregation ceremony, that the application for graduation has closed online.
A late application form for graduation is available on our website for students that have missed the Student Service Centre deadline. Please note that this form is for Graduate Students only.
Please advise students that are hoping to graduate in May 2019, that it is very important that they apply for graduation as soon as possible, and should not wait until they submit their final thesis to G+PS or complete the program requirements for non-thesis programs.

Last day for late applications for graduation to be submitted to Enrolment Services by all students expecting to graduate in May 2019.
Last day for final master’s theses and doctoral dissertations to be approved by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for May 2019 degree granting and Congregation. Must be approved and accepted by 4:00 pm.
Last day for students to complete all program requirements (including major papers) for non-thesis master’s degrees for May 2019 degree granting and Congregation.
