PEO Scholar Award

The PEO Scholar Awards are one-time, competitive, merit-based awards intended to recognize and encourage academic excellence and achievement by women in doctoral-level programs. These awards provide partial support for study and research.

Value: $15,000
Deadline: November 20*

*Deadline for a PEO chapter to nominate the applicant.  The first stage of the application requires the applicant to contact their local PEO chapter to be considered for a nomination, so interested applicants are recommended to start the application process several weeks before the November deadline.

PEO International Peace Scholarship

The International Peace Scholarship Fund, established in 1949, is a program which provides scholarships for selected women from other countries for graduate study in the United States and Canada.

Value: Up to $12,500
Deadline: December 15
