The LFS Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies office has been working on ways to keep in touch will our graduate students.
We’ll be scheduling another informal Zoom meeting with all LFS grad students, much like the one held during the summer. This session will offer students a chance to meet with the LFS G&PS team and discuss whatever issues, concerns, questions, etc. you might have. An invitation will be sent once we’ve set a date/time (mid-late October).
In addition, throughout the term, we hope to schedule topic-specific sessions, for example:
- Professional development
- Committee composition
- Awards
- Thesis writing and defence
Could you please let me know by return email if you would be interested in attending any of the sessions listed or if you have any ideas for additional topics by Friday, October 9th? This will help us with our planning and scheduling.
