Some small changes to the Check in/out surveys will take effect this Friday, January 8 at 5pm.

Please note that since UBC now require documentation of covid self-assessment daily for all workers, it will be important that everyone accessing LFS buildings to perform the check in survey in order to comply with the documentation requirements.
