Dear all,
Good morning! The LFS operations team will be clearing out all the lockers in the MCML basement as well as in the shower room by the end of the month (May 31st, 2021). We notice that many lockers still have locks so we are emailing the MCML occupants to ensure we do not cut the lock for students, staff and faculty in the building.
The lockers in the MCML basement are managed by our LFS undergraduate society and do incur a small charge for the rental. I understand that there aren’t any signages in the locker area currently which may lead to the confusion. We’ve asked the LFSUS to ensure clear signage be posted before the fall term starts.
If you are currently using one of the lockers, please email lfs-mcm-ops@lists.ubc.ca and let us know which locker is in use and how we can help to continue the locker usage.
Please note that if no response is received by May 31, 2021, the LFS operations team will cut all the locks and empty contents of the lockers without notice. This is done in preparation for the full return of class in September 2021.
