We will be interviewing Dr. Michael Zulyniak for the position of Assistant Professor in Human Nutrition on June 22-23. Dr. Michael Zulyniak is currently an Assistant Professor of Obesity at the School of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Leeds. His research harnesses advanced epidemiological methods to untangle the dietary, environmental, metabolic, and genomic networks that underpin disease disparity in minority ethnic groups in order to inform personalised and improved prevention and treatment strategies. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph.
