Please be advised that there has been a request for two weekend power shutdowns to conduct the yearly main feeder maintenance work and to get the new air handler for 360 online.
Full building power shutdown: Saturday September 9th 7AM-3PM
South wing only power shutdown: Saturday September 16th 7AM-11AM (tentative) **Areas effected: Animal welfare, SALA, DAE & Comms areas**
It is suggested that Faculty, staff and students shut down desktop computers, external USB devices and any sensitive equipment end of day, Friday September 8th. Fridges and freezers should be ok during this period as long as they are not opened. For those with -80’s freezers/sensitive equipment that could be negatively impacted during this shut down, please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss potential power backup options.
