This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are or who may be interested in pursuing a career in academia as an instructor or faculty member with teaching or extension responsibilities.

The EEOD strives to provide food science students and educators with helpful teaching and mentoring resources, inspiration for enhancing student learning in their classrooms, and a space to connect and learn from one another.
