I am a first year Master of Arts student in the School and Applied Child Psychology program. After my degree I want to establish my own private practice, focusing on ADHD assessment & intervention. I am from the Tri-cities and I did my undergrad at Simon Fraser University in psychology with a minor in ducation, I also obtained my ECE A certificate at Douglas College. I got into this field because I love working with children and I wanted to find ways to make learning more accessible. One thing I enjoy about my program is working with amazing people and having supportive faculty. A fun fact about me is that I am a certified yoga instructor and actively teach! Advice I have about graduate school is to volunteer at research labs! As many as you can!
