Thursday’s meeting of East Stroudsburg University’s Council of Trustees featured several fiery arguments between trustees and members of the faculty. But one brief exchange during that afternoon stuck out, for it touched on one of the key issues underlying last week’s faculty vote of no-confidence in President Robert Dillman.
