Leader-Post: It’s make or break time for the FNUC
It’s coming down to crunch time for the First Nations University of Canada. The chiefs have to make some decisions and those decisions must result in meaningful change. There has to be a new approach to the continuing crises at the university. Simply tabling discussion and seeking further consultation won’t work this time.
In April, the board of directors of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC) met and the FNUC was on its agenda. The board decided to wait and see if and how the FSIN will address the recommendations of the task force at its next meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday in Prince Albert.
