Two Yale University professors had expected to receive a 2006 Sidney Hillman Award on Tuesday. Instead, they got phone calls telling them that the judges had reversed the decision to honor their book. The foundation that sponsors the awards said the action followed complaints about the role of one of the professors in a union drive by graduate students at Yale.
