The New York Times: Investors Say Flaws at School Are Deeper

The problems at Interboro Institute, one of the largest, fastest-growing profit-making colleges in New York State in recent years, were deeper even than those outlined by the State Education Department last year, according to papers filed late on Friday in a class-action securities fraud complaint against Interboro’s parent, EVCI Career Colleges Holding Corporation.
