Faculty members at Harper College in Palatine have voted to authorize a strike if contract talks break down, the faculty union president said Friday.
The 216 members of the Cook County College Teachers Union, AFT Local 1600, at Harper voted overwhelmingly in balloting Thursday and Friday to authorize a strike, union President Perry Buckley said.
