The Chronicle News Blog: Liberal-Arts Courses Grow at U. of Phoenix as More Younger Students Enroll
The University of Phoenix, which has built its growth on serving working-adult students seeking professional degrees in fields related to their jobs, is seeing an evolution in its enrollment as it moves to attract younger students. Today about 40 percent of its nearly 300,000 students take classes in the liberal arts.
