Although some companies may  gain  considerable revenue in short run by neglecting business ethic, these immoral behaviors will mislead companies to  hazard and even to bankrupt. It seems that some companies are inclined to only fouse on how to decrease cost price no matter whether the approaches be ethical or not.As with unlawful methods, they appear to earn more profit. Nevertheless, in the long run, these will take incredible toll both on customers and merchant. On the customers side, their health is under threat. They are taking risks when consuming the products. On the other hand, if the company gains revenue form unproper ways , its ruputation may be damanged ,which is invisible value of the corporation. Once a company exist illegal actions, regardless of whatever they do, it can be utterly tough to regain trust from the public.

When companies stick to business ethic, they lead their interest with other shakeholders'( such as customers, employees, shareholders, etc.) interest to the same direction. They  care about the society , and they take responsibility.Things will drift into win-win situation.
