George Radner is an Honours Economics undergraduate student currently in his fourth year at UBC. Meditation has been a major part of George’s life for four years. He credits meditation for making him feel happier, healthier and less stressed every day of his life. His journey began with guided mindfulness meditation audio files, but flowered when he joined the UBC Meditation Community as a first year student. His daily practice takes different forms, including vispassana, zen, visualization, and loving kindness. He is so excited to share his love of meditating and all the ways it has improved his life in his “Meditation for the Busy Student” class, which will explore a range of styles and methods students can use to incorporate meditation into their life.
Meet George in class Mondays 1-2pm (see calendar for each weeks room details)
