December Holiday Dates Updated & Creativity Presentations

We have been getting some questions about the December Holiday Dates and how the Creativity Presentations will work, so here is some clarification.

Holiday dates updated – Dec 10th, 6pm latest – Sun Jan 5th
In response to feedback from your class we have released Wed Dec 11th as an Inclement Weather day, so you will be finished with all your P2 class requirements on Tues Dec 10th, 6pm at the latest (depending on which Creativity section you are in). This has been updated in your class Google Calendar. (Please note that we will hold Friday Jan 10th as our alternate date for the Creativity Presentations in the case that inclement weather does occur in December. This hold has been put in your class Google calendar as well.)

Creativity Presentations – Tues Dec 10th

  • 8am-11am – Section 002 – HA 132
  • 11:30am-2:30pm – Section 003 – HA 132
  • 3pm-6pm – Section 001 – HA 132

You are required to present during your section timeslot, and attend the full 3 hrs of class time for your Creativity section. You are also welcome to attend other section timeslots as an observer if you wish.

Once your section timeslot is finished you are free to begin your holidays. Please keep in mind when booking any flights/travel when your section timeslot ends, and any travel time you will need to get to the airport etc. The scheduling of the Creativity Presentations is just like a final exam so please do not ask the instructor for an alternate presentation time, or to skip any of your section timeslot in order to leave on holidays early.

Any questions about this can be directed to askmba@sauder.ubc.ca
