- Introduction, which define mental health,wellbeing and their role, purpose and data sources
- Data section with results of the survey and intervies
- Conlusions with overall summary and proposed recommendations
- Appendicies section with additional figures, survey form
- List of works cited in the report according to the MLA citation format
