Just a reminder that we have several online info sessions that might be of interest to your newly admitted graduate students. Please share, there are two coming up as early as next week. 

US Student Loans Webinar – May 9

Great for incoming grad students who are US citizens considering applying for US funding.  Topics include options for US funding, how to apply and receive for US funding, maintaining a US student loan, and important dates and deadlines. Presented by Enrolment Services. 

Info Session for Graduate Students with Families – May 10

Great for incoming grad students coming to UBC with a partner and/or family. General information on child care, registering for school, looking for a place to live, fun and affordable activities for kids of all ages, and other campus and community resources to help families prepare for arrival and settling in. 

Pre-Arrival Webinars – June 5 and 6, and July 4 and 5

A comprehensive pre-arrival info session covering a range of topics including student finances, needs-based funding, tuition assessment,  living in Vancouver, and, for international students, information on immigration and health insurance.
