We have once again partnered with the UBC Tax Assistance Clinics for Students (TACS) to offer students and low-income individuals with assistance in completing their Canadian tax forms.  Students can register for clinics online, and International Students will have advanced registration beginning February 10^th.

Please share this information with your students:

Clinic Dates: Daily from February 24^th to April 3^rd by appointment. Please see schedule below for times.

Location: Room 1501, UBC Life Building.

How: Registration for International Students opens February 10^th on the UBC TACS webpage

Drop-in: This year TACS will also be offering drop-in sessions! Drop-in sessions will benefit students who do not need help filing a tax return but may have some tax related questions. TACS volunteers will be on hand to assist with questions on a first come, first served basis. There will also be a limited number of drop-in slots for students who need help preparing their tax returns but are unable to get an appointment at the regular clinic. Drop in sessions will be held the first week in Room 1504 of the Life Building, and the remaining weeks in the East Lounge of the Life Building, which is across from Room 1505. Please see the schedule below for time and location details

Your help in advertising the Tax Assistance Clinics is greatly appreciated. Updated signs will be up in the office early next week and I’m attaching a copy in case you want advertise in your office. Please let me know if you have any questions.
