“The Middle Way Meditation” is a mediation technique promoted by the The Middle Way Meditation Institute, a non-profit organization that seeks to promote peace & happiness through present moment awareness.  The meditation focuses on simple, but effective, steps consisting of relaxing & bringing awareness to your body, through the use of mantra & visualization techniques.
