Postdoctoral scholars are already expert designers of research, collaborations, and knowledge. But how intentionally, as a postdoc, are you designing your own career pathway? In this interactive session, we’ll apply principles from Designing Your Life (DYL) to the unique context of postdoctoral career decision-making. Whether you are pursuing academia, industry, or exploring both, this session will help you clarify direction, identify prototypes, and leverage the agency you already have to shape your next step.
