国民阅读率连续六年持续走低

已跌破50％。 近年来我国国民网上阅读率正在迅速增长，上网阅读率从1999年的3.7%增加到2005年的27.8%，年平均增长率为107%。如果能促进人们网上阅读，也是解决阅读率下降的良方。
