DISTILLING THE PROBLEM

IDEATION WORKSHOP

One week following the field visit, student teams engaged in a facilitated 2-hour design thinking workshop premised on the Stanford d.school ‘Design Thinking Bootcamp Bootleg’ creative commons resource. The pilot ideation workshop was first developed in collaboration with Cindy Underhill (Strategist, Learning Resource Design, UBC) for the inaugural 2017 Ideathon Challenge, and further refined to address specific planning scenarios in subsequent editions of the Ideathon Challenge.
