The ROBO studios were a series of studios on responsive environments taught with Jerzy Wojtowicz (Professor Emeritus from UBC and now Professor at the Warsaw University of Technology). The studios are collaborations between engineering and architecture students – engineering students are doing a technical elective in mechatronics at the same time the architecture students are doing studio. Jon Nakane from Engineering Physics was our collaborating instructor on the engineering side.
