    • Changing the first sentence of the concluding paragraph to read “Being able to write a professional email is a beneficial skill that will continued to be used in the future” can improve the sentence structure.

  • Mentioning the importance of being able to write professional email messages is a good conclusion to the memo.
  • Ending with “please” and giving specific contact information is polite, precise and concise writing. Great job!
